Las Vegas Weekly has an article by Liz Armstrong about an artwork proposed by Katie Salen and Marina Zurkow that would distribute 240 gallons of water from melted ice to locals for free. The work was commissioned by Americans for the Arts as a show piece for their annual convention. No one in Las Vegas accepted the water. The article is short, but long on irony.
