A small collaborative team will use this CR Alpha Initiative to test and improve the foundational functions and uses of the CollectiveResolve project/site/platform.

We will work to quickly brainstorm, define, and solve a problem/initiative for local, public change within the fast project timeline of about four weeks.

We will work to document the process and look to report on the problems and successes of this kind of online collaboration and timeline, in the hopes of establishing a CollectiveResolve "Best Practices" suggested mode and toolkit for further improvement of this sustainable, distributed, initiatives.
